i everyone !
my name is Rob , im from canada
i own a kyosho blizzard , and a dickie pb , im am currently modding my dickie to be more functionnal and i try to keep my procjet price low as possible ,
i love snowgromers instead of driving one , i play with them !
i decided to upgrade my little dickie because the base model is more realistic than the blizzard, and in the future i would like to buy a pistenking , and there is the reason why i want to keep that project price low as possible , and as i think the blizzard is more expensive to give im a realistic look and performance.
see my future post to see the next parts of my projects
first of all i decided to build 3d printed track kit that are made from pla for the links and tpu for the flexible part of the track
sorry for many of those who speak german or other languages , but i think this forum is the best to find ideas and information for modding rc snowcats ! , i can speak english or french for those who need i can traslate with google translate , but maybe this will not be good as the true language
thank you and stay updated!

Re: my dickie PB600 project
Welcome Rob,
good choise to modificate the dickie.
In my opinion you can make some modifications very well and easy ( Rc-components, servo, Track etc.)
You will find some good ideas and solution in this forum.
And please continue in english language

Re: my dickie PB600 project
Hey looks good. In case you will not mount any suspension, it is very easy to build a track tensioner.
Especially with the capability of a 3d Printer.
You can try to realize it with two pipes, one on each side, springs from ball pens in it and a printed axle with two bolts fitting into the pipes and compressing the springs.
Regards Marius
