Scratchbuild pistenbully

Hello, I'm new at this forumand have some questions about scratchbuilding a rc pistenbully.
I've no spicific model or scale in mind but thinking about a size off +/- 75 cm in (total lenght).
Are wheels with 96 mm diameter and a wide of 22 mm ok, too large or too small, narrow ? What about the size of the tracks, approximately 15, 20 or 25 cm wide ?
What kind of suspension would be best ? All wheels with individual or two wheels on one arm with one turning point (= pivot) ?

MiPi are the first two letters from my first and last name. Miguel Pittevils, from Belgium and because for the moment I'm not able for wintersporting, so I'm looking for another quest, in this case trying building a pistenbully. Witch model, no specific one ( perhaps something like the Prinoth beast). In first instance a working model and when thats done, it would be easier to build a scaled model, using the chassis.
